Our stainless steel boilie extruder is a first-class device for producing boilies and other dough products.

This extruder holds approximately 35L of dough, which is approximately 30kg, and is powered by a powerful 1.1KW motor that processes any dough effortlessly. With the integrated frequency converter you can adjust the rotation speed of the motors according to your needs. The stainless steel boilie extruder has a mixer with motor and an easily removable screw, which makes cleaning and maintenance particularly easy. The housing and the snail are made of robust 2mm stainless steel, while the snail tube is made of 4mm stainless steel and offers maximum stability.

The entire device is rustproof and durable. We manufacture each extruder individually to order and can also take special customer requests into account. This versatile device can be used to produce not only boilies, but also other products such as fish food.
